Working data:
- minimum frame size: 400 x 400 mm (X x Y),
- maximum frame size: 2300 x 1350 (X x Y) (located in the working area of the table)
- maximum frame size: 5000 x 2600 (X x Y),
- maximum number of bars on the X axis: 7 pcs,
- maximum number of bars on the Y axis: 5 pcs,
- minimum distance between bars: 200 mm,
- supports spacer frames with dimensions: 6-24 mm.
Equipment:
- pneumatic clamp on 1 X axis stabilizing the bars relative to the frame,
- positioners on the X and Y axis equipped with a pneumatic clamp that immobilizes the bars,
- staplers move along special guides that ensure accuracy of movement,
- stitching guns powered by the main pneumatic circuit are equipped with their own pneumatic switches and an independent pressure regulator,
- movement of the staplers along the table, moving towards the frame, and the shot are controlled manually,
- table equipped with 7 positioners (4 pcs. on the longer side „X” and 3 pcs. on the shorter side „Y”,
- two quick connectors enable the connection of additional auxiliary devices, e.g. a manual blowing gun,
- a device equipped with a desktop with an industrial computer with Windows installed. This allows to easily connect the device to the network;
- computer equipped with a touch screen, keyboard and mouse,
- positioners equipped with sensors that prevent changes in their position with the frame inserted,
- automatic centering of the bars depending on the height of the frame,
- automatic positioners enable the positioning of bars in symmetrical and asymmetrical systems,
- additional supports on the sides for frames exceeding the working size of the table.
Software:
- Manual Program – allows to manually enter the position of individual positioners and select the frame position.
- Program 2 Automatic – sets positioners automatically based on data imported from a file or database. After importing the file and selecting an item from the list, the positioners move to the appropriate places. The operator is informed about the next operation from the computer screen. Depending on the type of bars, after accepting each step, the positioners will change their position to enable the insertion of bars on the remaining edges. The device is equipped with two foot switches. One for accepting the completed step, the other for ending the series and moving on to the next frame.
